The one-day SHEA Telecoms course offers essential training for individuals at all levels — including operatives, supervisors, and managers — who need to access operational sites, whether permanent or temporary. Developed in close collaboration with the utilities sector, the course equips participants with a thorough understanding of the key health, safety, and environmental considerations relevant to the workplace.
Successful completion of the course and subsequent EUSR registration demonstrates that individuals possess the required knowledge to operate safely in these environments. The training embeds best practice principles and aligns with the Health and Safety Executive’s core guidance for achieving high standards of health and safety performance.
Additionally, SHEA training and assessments are mapped to the standards for the CITB Level 1 Award in Health and Safety in a Construction Environment, giving all SHEA schemes CSCS Partner Card status. The EUSR ID card features the CSCS logo, helping to minimise the need for multiple site cards.
