IOSH Managing Safely Refresher

The IOSH Managing Safely® Refresher course is designed to help managers and supervisors revisit and strengthen their understanding of the essential principles covered in the original IOSH Managing Safely® training. This one-day course revisits key skills such as identifying, assessing, and controlling workplace hazards, while also reviewing how to evaluate and improve existing safety systems and strategies.

By renewing their knowledge, participants will gain greater confidence in supporting a positive safety culture within their teams. The course also provides the chance to reflect on how their safety practices have developed since completing the initial qualification, while incorporating updates to legislation, industry guidance, and best practices.
